Alcantara and microsuede are the least forgiving surfaces in a modern car. They mat rather than stain, which means the failure mode is texture, not colour, and the fix is mechanical.
Use a dedicated Alcantara cleaner, a soft brush, and almost no liquid. Work in one direction, agitate to lift the pile, and let it dry before brushing it back to an even nap. Never use a general interior cleaner — the surfactants leave the fibres stiff and shiny, and once a steering wheel has gone shiny it does not come back.
