Odour removal is a sequence, not a product. Find and remove the source — nearly always the carpet foam, the cabin filter, or the evaporator. Clean and extract. Only then treat the residual smell.
Enzymatic treatments break down organic compounds and take hours to work; oxidising treatments and ozone are faster and harsher and should not be used on an occupied-that-day vehicle. An air freshener applied before any of this simply produces a car that smells of both things.
