Chemical Guys is the most visible detailing brand in North America and the one most likely to be someone’s first. The range is enormous, the marketing is loud, and the products are — genuinely — mostly fine.
We carry it because a multi-brand shop that pretends Chemical Guys does not exist is being precious. Hydroslick, the Diablo wheel line, the Workhorse applicators and Torq foam cannons are all sound products that do what the label says.
The honest caveat is that the range is wide rather than deep. There are eleven shampoos where two would do, the naming tells you nothing about function, and some of the differentiation between products is presentation rather than chemistry. If you want a specification-led purchase, Koch-Chemie or Labocosmetica will serve you better. If you want something that works and is easy to buy, this is it.
Chemical Guys Canada handles distribution and prohibits resale through Amazon, eBay and Walmart, which is why pricing stays level across specialist retailers.
