Ordering and payment
How do I pay? Interac e-Transfer. You place the order, we email an invoice with the transfer details within one business day, and the order stays On hold until payment clears. No card details are collected anywhere on this site.
Why no credit cards? e-Transfer settles immediately and costs neither of us a processing fee. If it does not suit how you buy, tell us — it is the kind of thing we would change for enough trade accounts.
Are prices in Canadian dollars? Yes, and they exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout at the combined rate for the province you are shipping to, and it is itemised on the order.
Stock and availability
Is “in stock” real? Yes. Everything ships from our own shelf in Mississauga rather than a supplier’s warehouse.
Products
Which coating should I buy? Read Coating, sealant or wax first — the honest answer for most people is a sealant, not a coating, and the guide explains why. If you still want a coating, the thing that decides the outcome is the preparation, not the bottle.
What pad goes with what compound? Pad and compound — a cross reference. Pad colour coding is not an industry standard, so read the grade rather than the colour.
Which polisher should I start with? A 15 mm long-throw dual action. Choosing a polisher covers why, and what else you have to buy before the machine does anything.
Where are the technical data sheets? Send us the SKU and we will source the manufacturer’s current TDS or SDS. Technical reference explains what the figures mean.
Shipping and returns
When does it ship? Same or next business day on anything in stock. Transit is 2–5 business days to the provinces.
Do you ship outside Canada? No, and checkout will not let you try.
Can I return something I opened? Not if it is chemistry. Returns and refunds explains why.
Trade
Do you do trade pricing? Yes, on the lines where the manufacturer permits it. Trade accounts is candid about which brands those are not.
