How this works
Everything we sell carries the manufacturer’s warranty. What we add is that we run the claim, because a warranty you have to chase through an importer in another country is not really a warranty.
Contact us with the order number and a description of the fault. We deal with the manufacturer or the Canadian distributor. You deal with us.
Typical coverage
These are the manufacturers’ own terms, not ours, and they change — treat this as orientation and ask us for the current figure on a specific model.

Kränzle and Mytee are the two worth singling out. Both build serviceable machines and publish parts diagrams, so a fault outside warranty is usually a repair rather than a replacement. That is most of the reason they are on this shelf.
What a warranty does not cover
Consumables, and wear that is the tool doing its job: backing plate hook-and-loop, pad velcro, brush filament, hoses, seals, trigger mechanisms, and batteries beyond their stated term.
Nor does it cover damage from use outside the manufacturer’s instructions — running a pressure washer dry, a polisher stalled under pressure until the windings cook, or solvent in a sprayer whose seals are not rated for it. Check the manufacturer’s duty cycle and seal compatibility before you push a machine hard.
Chemicals
Chemistry has a shelf life rather than a warranty. Unopened, stored between 5 °C and 25 °C and out of sunlight, most of what we sell holds its stated performance for 12–24 months; coatings are often shorter and the bottle says so.
If a sealed bottle arrives separated, crystallised or cured, that is a defect and we replace it. If it has been through a Canadian winter in an unheated garage, that is storage.
Making a claim
Contact us with the order number, the model, and either photographs or a short description of what the machine is doing. Most claims are resolved without the item leaving you; where the manufacturer needs it back, we arrange and pay for the collection.
