We ship to every Canadian province and territory. We do not ship outside Canada, and there is no checkout path that pretends otherwise — if you are outside Canada, checkout will tell you before you enter anything.

The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal before tax. There is no minimum order value — a single $9 applicator ships for $14.95 if that is genuinely all you want.
Transit time is the carrier’s time in transit. It does not include our handling, which is same or next business day on anything in stock.
Where it ships from
Everything ships from our own shelf in Mississauga, Ontario, so stock status reflects what is physically here.
Hazardous goods
Some of what we sell is regulated for transport: solvents, aerosols, and the acidic wheel cleaners in particular. That has two consequences worth knowing before you order.
Air-served communities. Restricted goods cannot go by air. If your address is served only by air, we will contact you before charging rather than silently cancelling the line.
Split shipments. If an order mixes restricted and unrestricted goods and cannot travel complete, we contact you first. You decide whether to split it, wait, or drop the item. We do not split an order and bill you twice for shipping.
Pickup
Pickup is offered at checkout as a shipping method and costs nothing. We will email when the order is ready. Bring the order number.
